UI Designer

About the role

As a UI Designer, you will create and maintain user interface designs for digital products, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and alignment with product requirements. You will collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to translate requirements into high-fidelity designs, maintain design systems, and provide clear design specifications for implementation.

What you’ll do

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on product requirements.
• Develop and maintain design systems, including reusable components, typography, colors, and layout guidelines.
• Ensure visual consistency, usability, and responsiveness across platforms and devices.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to align designs with user needs and technical requirements.
• Prepare design specifications and handoff documentation to support accurate implementation by Developers.
• Review implemented interfaces and provide feedback to ensure consistency with approved designs.
• Revise and improve designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability considerations, and product requirements.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in UI design for websites, mobile applications, or other digital products is preferred.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar applications.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and spacing.
• Experience creating high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and reusable design components.
• Understanding of design systems, responsive design, and UI consistency across platforms.
• Ability to prepare clear design specifications and handoff documentation for Developers.
• Strong attention to detail, visual communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
