Who we are
PT Sagara Asia Teknologi (“Sagara Technology”, “we”) runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, company, contact details and the project details you write in a form, a WhatsApp message or an email. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked, the site that sent you, device and approximate location). Job applications are handled on our hiring portal under its own terms.

Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, follow up on a conversation you started, and improve this website. We do not sell your data.

Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our Google Workspace. Messages you send on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta). Analytics, when you allow it, is processed by Google Analytics. These providers may store data outside Indonesia under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law, then it is deleted.

Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time on this page.
